Fruity Snack

So I was sitting at home relaxing and all of the sudden I get a craving for fruit. But I did not just want to munch on a banana or an apple I wanted something that would satisfy my craving to the fullest and add some antioxidants as well. I looked in the fridge and behold I found some interesting ingredients that made a fantastic fruit salad.

Not only are fruit salads yummy but they are high in vitamins and nutrients for your body. They are also a low calorie snack that has a sweet taste to it. Your body feels healthier and more energized after a snack like this. Every organ is thanking you when you ingest healthy foods.

Here is my fruit salad:

1 banana, dozen strawberries, 1 orange, 1 mango, 1 pear (if no pear use an apple), 1 kiwi, 1/2 squeezed lemon juice. If you have blueberries, add those.

Mix all of these ingredients into a bowl and add the lemon juice. Add some yogurt on the side or whipping cream and ENJOY!
